Instructional Gymnastics Levels
Progressive levels for all ages:
Parent and Tumble Tots, Pre-school, Boy’s and Girl’s Instructional, Pre-team 1, Pre-team 2
Beginning Girls Instructional (Ages 5-14)
Learn foundational gymnastics skills on each apparatus, including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Child must attend Kindergarten to participate.

Boys Instructional
The Beginning Boys Instructional Gymnastics class is open to those boys ages 6 and up. This class covers beginning skills on floor, vault, rings, high bar, parallel bars, and pommel horse. Boys must be able to take direction and work independently on station.

Parent and Tumble Tots
This class is designed to introduce young gymnasts ages 2-3 years old to circuits in a fun environment. This class requires one parent or adult caregiver who will lead and participate in the class along with the child.

Pre School
