For this workshop participants will explore a multitude of core and ab exercises as well as be exposed to the different stations and equipment within YSF with which to perform these exercises. Many questions directed to the fitness staff inquire as to core and ab development. In this workshop you will be shown and experience a minimum of 10 exercises to help you achieve your core and a development goals.
