Active8 - Control. Strength. Mobility
This progressive 8-week program is designed to improve mobility, build functional strength, enhance balance, and develop a strong, stable core—all while incorporating heart-healthy low-impact cardio. A strong emphasis is placed on proper form and controlled movement to ensure safety, maximize results, and support long-term joint health.
Each session combines mobility work, strength training, focused core exercises, balance challenges, and low-impact cardio intervals to improve endurance without unnecessary stress on the joints.
Participants will gradually progress over eight weeks, building confidence, stability, muscle tone, and overall body awareness.

Your instructor Marisa Orezzoli is a Certified Personal Trainer with specialized certifications in strength training and mobility. With a strong focus on proper form, safe progression, and functional movement, they bring the knowledge and experience needed to help participants build strength, improve balance, and enhance overall mobility in a supportive and results-driven environment.
